Though we recommend a minimum dpi of 300 for better results, we understand that the best photos are not always the one of high quality, therefore we will accept any quality but won’t be able to guarantee the results with those of poor quality.

Everything is special with VisualStoriesCo, and we love to work on out-of-the-box ideas. So, if you have in mind a specific book size, you can mention it to our designer during your first meeting and we will discuss how it can be done. Though, keep in mind that special book sizes will come with a small additional cost based on the complexity and the paper we waste or not for the specific size. Books of regular size are B5, A4 and A3.
All our prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
All books in the Love Story Collection and the Carte-Blanche Collection, takes a minimum of 5 weeks to be designed and produced. We recommend that you contact us at least 4 months prior to the date you wish to receive your book.
In order to be sure our designer is available for your wedding day, make sure to contact us at least 3 months prior to your wedding day.
At VisualStoriesCo we love our environment and we want to do something good for it. We decided that every purchase should be a step forward to a greener planet. This is why we want to give 3% off every purchase to WWF. This payment isn’t automatised yet and will be done after every final payment of a purchase via the website of WWF. As a proof you will receive a certificate, stating that 3% of your purchase was donated to WWF.
French and English are the two languages currently available for our editing service. However, if you wish to have your story written in another language and that you would like to try yourself at writing the full story by yourself, we accept you to provide us with a finish text that we will then illustrate and compile into a book. If you submit the full story finished your cost will be reduced of 15%.
Three styles of illustrations are currently available, sketch, hand drawn flat and digitally hand-drawn, all available in colour and black and white. If you wish to have a very different style you can mention it during your first meeting and we’ll discuss how we can make it possible.
Once your design is complete a digital preview of your book will be sent to you for approval.
2 x changes allowed per story then additional amendments would be charged if considered unreasonable by the designers.
After submitting your story and photos, we will get in touch with you to discuss your design wishes and our recommendations. The manufacturing of your order will start immediately after you agreed on a final concept with the designer. After this point we are unable to make any changes to your order or design file once both parties agreed on the digital preview of your book.
After submitting your inquiry at email@example.com we will send a confirmation email and you will be asked to pay a 30% account for your order via PayPal. Once the digital print proof is approved, we will ask you to pay the remaining 60% of the price via PayPal. The production of your book will start after receiving the final payment.
We understand that not everyone has the possibility to treat themselves with that kind of gift, that’s why we allow you to pay in 2 time on our Love story illustrated edition and our Live Sketch Wedding collection.
There is many ways for you to get one of our book without breaking your savings. Get in touch to discuss your needs and offer that might better suits you and your wallet.
